GALAXY CANVAS SHOES FOR SALE

All my shoes are handpainted by me and I will take requests for custom designs. For more info on pricing and custom designing, contact me through messages.

🌌 Handpainted Galaxy Shoes ðŸŒŒ

Very basic lol but who doesn't love the galaxy? We kind of live in it so might as well like it. The shoes in the photo are a size 7 but if you'd like to purchase one in another size, feel free to do so. They're made to order unless it's the display (meaning the first pair painted). Interested? Click here to order!

Q: How did you start painting shoes?
College isn't cheap so I thought that having this little side job would help pay tuition. And it's fun! I love painting and to see others have an appreciation for my art is always a plus. Whether it's for yourself or a friend, nothing can go wrong when you have it customized. If the price is a concern, no worries we can make it work.

Q: What about shipping?
I ship through USPS and you will be covering the shipping expenses. Etsy should calculate it for you.

Q: I have an idea for a custom design but I would like to talk more about it. How can I contact you?
You can message me through here or through my email teely.tubi@gmail.com.
To make sure you are happy with your designs and aware of the possible concerns etc, I will update you and stay in contact with you until the shoes are finished and shipped.

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
No, I do not. But your satisfaction is important! And I understand that as I am a human being too. If you have a problem with the shoes after receiving them then you must contact me immediately and we can discuss it. If you haven't received the shoes and you decide you no longer want them, you may cancel the order IF I haven't started to paint yet.

Q: Do you have more designs offered?
I do! Though I encourage customers to custom design their shoes, I do have a few designs already painted. However, only one pair of shoes have already been painted (the galaxy shoes). You can message me for a specific request or follow me on Twitter to see when I'll be painting my next design! I post most of my updates on there.

Any other questions? Don't hesitate to contact me! I'd be happy to chat with you.

SPECIAL PROMO!! $5 OFF
1. Follow me on twitter(@tea1eaves) and instagram(tea_1eaves)! You must follow me on both to get the discount : )
2. I made a post of the galaxy shoes on my social media so send me a screenshot of the post (twitter or instagram it doesn't matter which) and congrats you got 5 bucks off!

Why are phone cases so beautiful?

So here's a little pre-christmas story for ya:
TWAS the two weeks before Christmas, Teels was in the living room with her family opening Christmas presents. When it was her turn, she opened one from her brother. It was a square box that was fairly light. After unwrapping the square box, she pulled out a sweater. A warm, cozy black sweater. Oh but what's this under the sweater? One more box you say? Well she unwrapped that one too. Once again, very light. Why it was an ATT BOX OF THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 5 AHHHHH-

but wait. There's nothing in there ; - ; And Teels went back into her sappy mood.
sap·py
[ˈsapē]
1. excessively sentimental; mawkish.
2. (of a plant) containing a lot of sap.

Haha okno but seriously, I got a Galaxy note but I just have to wait for it to ship here. Cue the agonizing pain of waiting. Have I mentioned that I am the most impatient person in the world. Already waiting for feedback on colleges is hard enough but now I have to wait on my new phone :  - ) That my parents have-

ANYWAYS, that's the background story of why I went on the search for phone cases. I mean why wouldn't you. I love searching for phone cases. It's like shopping for clothes but for your phone aha- But there are just so many beautiful ones that I can't contain my feels c u r ei s

Look at this beauty. Provides protection and some class. Ooooo ahh. On Amazon for $13

I absolutely love 3D cases. They can be a hassle sometimes but they're just so darn cute you can't not love them. Amazon $7

Kind of a cross between a slim case and 3D. Stylish and cute. For only $10.

I also found a lot more but these were my main three. Plus I shop online for a long time so my eyes are a little tired right now haha. Note: these are not reviews, simply just showing my interests. Wanna design your own cases? Check out this website for some inspiration!

Snickerdoodles!

It's Christmas time so what better way to celebrate with some baking? One of my favorites (and easiest) are snickerdoodles! They're quite easy and once you get used to making them, you find some ways to even tweak the recipe to make it your very own. Here's what you need:

1 1/2 cups sugar (+1/4 cup for cinnamon sugar)
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter (softened!)
2 eggs

Simple right? You can add cream of tartar if you prefer but I find it a hassle and not much of a taste difference.

Preheat: 375
Cooking time: 8-18 mins (adjust according to size)

1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
2. Beat softened butter and sugar. Then beat in eggs one by one. The batter should be of a thick, paste-like consistency. If not, add some milk for a less dry batter.
3. Slowly add flour into wet mixture and let the batter come together.
4. Mix cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar together and then it's time for the fun part!
5. Use a tbsp and scoop balls into your hands. Split the ball into two pieces and swirl it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Then put together and roll back into one ball. (This will give the insides some cinnamon sugar too) Continue until you finish the batter.

Here's where you can customize it:
  • If you want bigger cookies, use two, 1 tbsp balls for one cookie. Just make sure you adjust the time and watch out for it in the oven.
  • If you want smaller cookies, use 1 tsp balls.
  • If you find yourself having some leftover batter and you don't have room or simply don't want to bake them all, you can freeze them! Just take the remaining batter and swirl it in the cinnamon sugar and roll it out into a block. Cover it with plastic wrap and parchment paper then put it in the freezer. When you want to bake them, take them out and slice into squares. Then you just bake!
